Tonight I drug Josh over to the Laurelhurst Theater with me to watch Sex and the City. Yes I know the movie came out in May but I was patient and let it come to the cheep theater before I went to see it. The movie pubs are so much more fun anyway right!

183/365 Yaquina Head Lighthouse

Josh and I did a little sight seeing on the Coast today. We spent a lot of time at Yaquina Head home of Oregon's tallest lighthouse. You may also recognize this lighthouse from the movie The Ring. We actually got to climb to the top of the lighthouse.

Josh and I decided last night to take a trip to Newport Oregon on the central coast. We headed down to the beach during low tide and had such a blast tide pooling. We saw so many starfish. It was awesome!

I just dropped my sis off at the Airport. She's been visiting me for 10 days and tonight she was supposed to take the red eye back to Kansas. Looks like her flights delayed and she may be spending the night at the Airport :( Poor girl...hope she makes it home soon!

I want my family to see all the beauty of Oregon, but they are not really willing to Hike more then .3 miles to see anything. With this in mind I took them to see Multnomah Falls in the Columbia Gorge. They loved it! We also ate at the restaurant there and it was wonderful.
